Two Blue Wolves Official Release
An important project I'm a part of has just been released. "Two Blue Wolves," a multimedia collaboration including a novella, music album, artwork and audiobook, is now available and part of the proceeds go to fighting Alzheimer's Disease. I produced and engineered the album and also perform with writer/producer/vocalist Sparrow Hall under the moniker "A Crowd Electric." It's a great soundtrack and I think you'll like it too. There truly is "something for everyone" on the album.
Please check out the project and help us spread the word.
The digital bundle can be previewed and purchased here:

TWO BLUE WOLVES
- Sparrow Hall
Groundbreaking Multimedia Collaboration Reinvents Short Story to Help Fight Alzheimer’s Disease
New York, NY – October 20, 2009 – Every 70 seconds, someone develops Alzheimer’s disease. How will the next generation of caregivers begin to understand this often overwhelming disease and its implications? Sparrow Hall, American author, artist and producer, today announced the publication of Two Blue Wolves, a first-of-its-kind short story experience told across a wide range of multimedia platforms by a coterie of artists designed to raise awareness and funding for Alzheimer’s disease.
“We’re proud to present Two Blue Wolves, a digital collection that invites readers to connect to the story through text, music, motion pictures and art,” says Sparrow Hall, creator of Two Blue Wolves and its innovative digital publishing platform. “Alzheimer’s plays a central role in the story and the collection’s interpretations, and underscores how isolating the disease can be for sufferers and their caregivers. Two Blue Wolves offers the opportunity for readers to relate to the story through whichever platform they find most resonant.”
Featuring original compositions and works by members of Stellastarr*, The Hourly Radio, Elefant, A Crowd Electric, ArpLine, Kago, Ana Lola Roman and more, Two Blue Wolves is available as a downloadable digital collection that includes an e-book, audio book, original soundtrack, music video and artwork. The collection may be purchased at www.sparrowhall.com for $16.95, with 15% of every sale donated to the Alzheimer’s Association to support research efforts and caregiver initiatives.

Axis Company one of the Top Ten "People" of 2009
NYTheatre.com names Axis Company one of the top ten "People of the Year."
AXIS Company: Now celebrating their 12th year, AXIS Company, led by artistic director Randy Sharp and producing director Brian Barnhart, had a prolific 2009, with the 10th edition of their unique Hospital serial during the summer, plus the play Trinity 5:29, a return of their perennial holiday show Seven in one Blow, and the Edinburgh debut of their recent hit, Edgar Oliver's one-man play East 10th Street: Self Portrait with Empty House. In the photo is a scene from Hospital 2009.
In 2010 AXIS will begin the development process of creating a new play based on the 1968 murder of Sylvia Likens. Taken in as a boarder by the Banezewski family, she was tortured to death over a three month period. One of the many extraordinary elements of Sylvia's story is that her protracted murder was carried out by an interchangable gang of normal neighborhood kids and that it was orchestrated by Gertrude Banezewski—the matriarch and only adult involved.
